Job summary

Modern Support Services in California is hiring Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with I/DD across LA and Orange Counties. This role offers flexible part-time and full-time shifts, with weekend availability and a team-oriented environment.

As a DSP, you will mentor, teach, and advocate, supporting clients with community access, personal care, medical appointments, and social activities. A background check is required; ASL skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Be 21+ years old and able to pass a background check.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License.
• Experience in human services is a plus.
• ASL knowledge is welcomed with special opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with I/DD in community access, personal care, and medical appointments.
• Mentor, teach, guide, and advocate for clients.

What You Need to Apply:
