Job summary

Modern Support Services in San Diego, CA seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with I/DD in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Join our flexible, part-time or full-time roles with weekend options, competitive pay ($24–$28/hr), and benefits for full-time staff. Help clients with community access, personal care, and daily activities while growing your skills through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Be 21+ years old.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA driver's license.
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous experience in human services is a plus.
• ASL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Serve as mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate.
• Assist with community access, personal care, and medical appointments.
• Support peer interactions and recreational activities.

What You Need to Apply:
