Job summary

Modern Support Services in California is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently and participate in their communities. You will mentor, assist with daily living skills, accompany individuals to appointments and activities, and advocate for their choices and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Weekend availability as part of rotating schedule.

What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll serve as a mentor, teacher, and advocate while respecting each person's choices, preferences, and goals. Responsibilities may include:

Requirements
