Job summary

Modern Support Services is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with I/DD in LA and Orange Counties, California. Join a diverse team and help clients with community access, personal care, and daily activities with a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate approach.

We offer flexible dayshifts, part-time and full-time roles, and competitive hourly pay of $19.00–$28.00.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• CA Driver's License required.
• Background check required.
• Experience in human services is a plus.
• ASL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate.
• Community access for clients.
• Personal care assistance.
• Medical appointments support.

What You Need to Apply:

• Be 21+ years old
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License
• Must pass a background check
• Previous experience in human services is a plus
