Job summary

Modern Support Services is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in LA and Orange Counties, California. You will support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, serving as mentor, guide, and advocate in a diverse, team‑oriented environment.

We offer flexible shifts (part‑ and full‑time) with weekend rotation. Requirements: 21+, reliable transportation and CA driver’s license, background check; prior human services experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Be 21+ years old.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License.
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous experience in human services is a plus.
• ASL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate for clients.
• Assist clients in: Community Access, Personal Care, Medical Appointments, Peer Interactions, Recreational Activities.

What You Need To Apply
