Job summary

Modern Support Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join a compassionate, diverse team in LA and Orange Counties. The role includes supporting individuals with I/DD, mentoring, and helping with community access, personal care, medical appointments, and recreation.

We offer flexible shifts (part-time and full-time), weekend availability, and a supportive environment with opportunities for growth. Requires 21+, CA driver's license, background check, and HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).

• Facilitate peer interactions and recreational activities.

What You Need to Apply:

• Be 21+ years old
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License
• Must pass a background check
• Previous experience in human services is a plus
