Job summary

Modern Support Services in California is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our LA and Orange County teams. This role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living, community access, and recreational activities.

We offer flexible shifts, part-time and full-time options, weekend availability, and ongoing training. Must be 21+, valid CA driver's license, background check, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• Be 21+ years old.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License.
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous experience in human services is a plus.
• ASL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with I/DD in daily living, community access, and recreational activities.
• Act as a mentor, teacher, guide and advocate for clients.
• Assist with personal care, medical appointments and peer interactions.
• Support clients in social and recreational activities.

What You Need To Apply
