Job summary

Norstella seeks an Engagement Manager to lead client relationships and end-to-end delivery of contract compliance validation across a portfolio of life sciences accounts.

You will provide thought leadership in rebate management, ensure compliant terms with payers, and collaborate with data advisors to deliver optimal outcomes for clients. This role emphasizes cross-functional coordination and growth opportunities within Norstella's services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in life sciences consulting, market access, or managed care.
• Experience with payer contracting, formulary management, or rebate operations.
• Familiarity with MMIT or equivalent payer data platforms.
• Proven client-facing project management experience.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of contract compliance validation engagements using payer data.
• Support clients in identifying rebate discrepancies and aligning obligations with contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across data, analytics, product and sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements and refine service delivery methodologies.
