Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Consultant to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions for life sciences clients. You will translate clinician and patient support needs into scalable Salesforce configurations and lead requirements through delivery across patient support workflows.

Ideal candidates have extensive Salesforce experience, multiple cloud certifications, and the ability to travel up to 50% to serve clients across industries such as Life Sciences, Health

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.
• Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Translate patient and provider support needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Elicit and document business requirements, and drive functional design across patient support workflows.
• Manage requirements through delivery, and drive alignment across teams.
• Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions meet customer needs.
