Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Consultant to help life sciences clients design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce-based solutions. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to elicit requirements, map processes to Salesforce clouds, and guide multi-cloud deployments.

Travel up to 50% is expected, with attention to regulatory considerations and user adoption across pharma, biotech, and medical devices.

Qualifications

3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.
Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience.
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to translate patient and provider support needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Elicit and document business requirements and manage them through delivery.
Drive functional design across patient support workflows.
