Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Consultant to join our Life Sciences practice in the Detroit area. You will partner with business and clinical teams to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support patient and provider workflows.

The role requires hands-on experience with multiple Salesforce clouds, strong requirements management, and the ability to travel about 50% to serve clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.
• Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions for patient and provider workflows.
• Manage requirements through delivery and drive functional design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, end-to-end Salesforce delivery.
• Contribute to strategy and design across life sciences programs.
