West Search Partners, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Representative – Life Sciences to cover the South or Southeast U.S. The role is remote, home-office-based with 50–80% travel.

Candidates in North Carolina or Florida are strongly preferred, with qualified applicants from across the territory also considered. You’ll drive new business, grow established accounts, and sell technical capital equipment and environmental monitoring solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or another technical discipline.
• 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience involving technical capital equipment, scientific instrumentation, or related solutions.
• Demonstrated success generating new business, including prospecting, opening new accounts, and closing complex sales opportunities.
• Proven ability to manage and grow established customer relationships while developing new revenue streams.
