Job summary

Particle Measuring Systems, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for Life Sciences in the North America Sales team. This remote role supports customers across multiple states, with frequent travel to build relationships and drive revenue.

You will manage product lines, perform discovery sessions, and collaborate with Projects, Service and Marketing to deliver solutions. A technical background and 3–5 years of B2B sales experience are preferred, with a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or life sciences field.
• 3–5 years of direct B2B sales experience in capital equipment or related industries.
• Strong technical aptitude to translate product features to clients.
• Residence within the assigned territory (NC and FL strongly preferred).
• Willingness to travel 50–80% across listed states.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify client needs and tailor solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product lines and competitive differentiators.
• Lead all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce.com records and use Power BI for territory analysis.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate with project teams to create quotes.
• Collaborate with Projects, Service, and Marketing to ensure delivery and develop collateral.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events; travel 50–80%.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence.
