The role oversees audits, CAPA, training, supplier oversight, and serves as the primary QA contact for customer initiatives. Location is Las Vegas, with responsibilities across multiple sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years work experience required.
• Quality control certification preferred.
• 3+ years in a regulated environment or ISO 9001 compliant/certified required.
• 1+ year supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience in Life Sciences, manufacturing, or 3PL preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA, GxP, ATF, DEA regulations.
• Proven ability to lead quality programs and improve processes.

Aufgaben

• Oversee site quality system maintenance and continuous improvement (CAPA, audits, document control).
• Manage licenses, permits, and registrations processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable products and services; report to executives.
• Validate systems and equipment as applicable; maintain change control.
• Hire, train, and develop quality staff; monitor training for compliance.
• Coordinate with continuous improvement to drive workshops and initiatives.
• Review audits and provide recommendations to customers and management.
• Analyze quality metrics and act on trends; serve as primary QA contact.
• Develop and distribute regular management reports; manage supplier audits.
• Represent DHL in customer events and meetings as required.
