Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a QA Specialist to coordinate quality assurance activities at the site level and act as the QA contact for the site. The role supports maintenance of the QA system, audits, and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze data, assist with CAPA management, and work with stakeholders to uphold quality standards across operations. This position is onsite with DHL’s generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Some knowledge of QA preferred
People management experience preferred
Sufficient computer application experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Data analysis experience
Training and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

Support the planning and coordination of QA activities at the site level.
Act as a QA customer contact for the site.
Assist with maintenance and improvement of the QA system (CAPA, audits, document control).
Support ISO registration and compliance activities.
Analyze information and product specs for regulatory compliance.
Support audits from regulators, customers and 3rd parties.
Monitor QA metrics and site training to ensure process compliance.
