DHL Supply Chain in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for the Life Sciences team to lead site-wide quality systems and regulatory compliance. You will drive customer quality initiatives and continuous improvement while supervising a team of quality professionals.

The role requires a Bachelor degree or 4+ years in a regulated environment, plus 3+ years in leadership. Knowledge of FDA/GxP and related regs is essential; manufacturing or 3PL experience is preferred.

• Bachelor degree or 4+ years work experience required.
• Certification related to quality control preferred.
• 3+ years in a regulated environment or ISO 9001 compliant required.
• 1+ years supervisory/management experience required.
• Manufacturing/Life Sciences/3PL experience required.
• Participation in standards registration in a complex environment.
• Supervising or implementing quality control programs.
• Knowledge of FDA, GxP, ATF, DEA regulations.
• Training in compliance to regulated standards.
• People development and management experience.
• Process development and strong communication skills.
• Proficient data analysis and problem solving.
• Project management, presenting, and report creation skills.
• Self management and training facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate QA activities across site(s) and customers.
• Communicate policies and procedures and ensure adherence.
• Maintain site quality system and CAPA management.
• Oversee licenses, permits, registrations, and audits.
• Ensure validation of systems and change control processes.
• Hire, train, and develop quality associates.
• Coordinate with CI team on improvement initiatives.
• Review audits and provide regulatory and customer feedback.
• Monitor QA metrics and report trends to leadership.
• Act as primary QA contact for customer-related issues.
• Prepare management reports and conduct supplier audits.
