Job summary

Valeris is a full-spectrum life sciences commercialization partner helping clients bring therapies to patients efficiently. The Program Manager role oversees client relationships, program execution, financial oversight, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare (pharma preferred).
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Program maintenance, updates, launches, and business rule changes with timely delivery.
• Monitor funding for VPC accounts and ensure POs are funded for billing.
• Review claims workflow and tickets to avoid stalls or delays; update trackers and SNOW tickets.
• Escalation tracking and timely closure of issues; provide leadership in HUB standups.
