Job summary

Valeris is a leading life sciences commercialization partner dedicated to improving patient access and outcomes. The Program Manager (PM) serves as the primary client relationship manager, accountable for program execution, financial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration across assigned brands.

As the main liaison between clients and Valeris, you will guide project delivery, monitor KPIs, manage vendor relationships, and drive quarterly and annual business insights to optimize program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree and/or PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for client liaison.
• Experience managing programs, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client relationship manager for assigned brands.
• Oversee program execution, financial oversight, and business analysis across programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Maintain proactive weekly meetings, dashboards, and weekly/monthly reporting.
