Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, accountable for program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis across assigned brands. You will interact with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Navigate vendor and partner relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration for successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Daily: Program Maintenance & Updates; Account Funding Monitoring; Monitor claim workflow; Update personal trackers; Escalation Ticket Approvals.
Weekly: Lead client meetings, maintain minutes, weekly reporting and insights tracker, review core metrics, coordinate HUB updates, manage communications.
Bi-Weekly: Manage invoicing; Monthly: investigate missed KPIs, update client dashboards, maintain budget, review SOW and invoices; Quarterly: prepare QBR-ready data, conduct reviews, accruals, audits; Annual: BRD renewals, SOW management, Mentorship.
