Job summary

Valeris is a fully integrated life sciences commercialization partner helping clients bring therapies to patients. The Program Manager role focuses on end-to-end program execution, from budgeting to stakeholder coordination, across client brands.

The PM will lead meetings, drive KPI analysis, manage invoicing accuracy, and coordinate quarterly business reviews while collaborating with HUB and internal teams. This full-time role requires travel up to 10% and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Account Funding Monitoring: ensure POs are funded for billing.
• Review claims workflow and tickets to prevent delays; maintain trackers.
• Lead weekly client meetings and distribute minutes; track action items.
• Manage project deliverables, business rule updates, and change items.
• Evaluate core program metrics: claims, enrollments, budget performance.
• Prepare accruals and quarterly audits; support year-end BRD renewals.
• Update and finalize SOWs with SNOW tickets and change orders.
