Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, driving program execution, financial oversight, and business analysis across assigned brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include managing weekly touchpoints, tracking KPIs, and leading invoicing, accruals, and QBRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program operations, updates, launches, and business rule changes within timelines.
• Monitor funding and invoicing; manage budgeting and monthly reporting.
• Lead weekly touchpoints, document decisions, and track action owners/due dates.
• Oversee escalations, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.
