Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, overseeing program execution, account management, and financial oversight across assigned brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities span daily maintenance, weekly governance, monthly budget reviews, and quarterly/annual planning, with up to 10%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, marketing or healthcare; PMP is a plus.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; strong reporting and analytics.
• Ability to travel locally and out-of-town up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Program maintenance and updates to support ongoing work and launches.
• Monitor funding and billing-related activities daily.
• Manage trackers and tickets (SNOW) and escalations.
• Lead weekly client account touchpoints and document actions.
• Coordinate weekly reporting and weekly insights tracking.
• Review core program metrics and identify anomalies for quarterly reports.
• Oversee communications tickets and escalation tracking.
• Maintain budgets, ROIs, and SOW alignment.
• Prepare accruals and conduct quarterly audits; support annual BRD renewals.
• Provide mentorship and training to peers as needed.
