Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to act as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data for actionable guidance, and drive program performance and client satisfaction.

You will oversee weekly touchpoints, tracking metrics, budget performance, and invoicing processes, with duties expanding to quarterly outcomes and annual planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/healthcare or related field.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client relationship manager and accountable for program execution, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and provide strategic guidance to clients.
• Lead weekly client meetings, maintain meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Prepare quarterly and annual program reports and accruals.
