Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, overseeing program execution, budget, and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive client satisfaction, sponsor strategic guidance, and ensure timely, within-scope delivery across assigned brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, graduate degree and/or additional certifications including PMP preferred
• Three to Four (3-4) years of project or program management experience
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written, ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while functioning as a member of a highly collaborative team
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills
• Ability to travel both locally and out-of-town, up to 10% travel

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client relationship manager, ensuring program execution, account management, and budget adherence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope
• Develop expertise in therapeutic areas and client objectives to guide strategic decisions
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations and insights
• Lead weekly client meetings and document decisions and action items
• Oversee invoicing, SOW review, and monthly/quarterly reporting
