Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, driving program execution, account management, and financial oversight across assigned brands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

You will lead weekly client touchpoints, maintain thorough trackers and dashboards, monitor budgets, and support quarterly and annual reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree and/or PMP preferred.
• Three to four (3-4) years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written, ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 10% locally and out-of-town.
• If an internal applicant, experience with Valeris systems and services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client relationship manager for program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis across assigned brands.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.
• Lead weekly touchpoints with clients, manage meeting minutes, and maintain trackers for transparency.
• Oversee invoicing, budgets, accruals, and quarterly/annual program reporting.
