Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, accountable for program execution, financial oversight, and business analysis across assigned brands.

Acting as the main point of contact between clients and Valeris, the PM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare; PMP preferred.
• 3-4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Manage program maintenance, updates, launches, and rule changes on established timelines.
• Monitor funding and ensure POs are funded for billing.
• Review claims workflow and resolve stalled tickets; maintain trackers and SNOW tickets.
• Lead weekly client meetings; prepare agendas and minutes; track actions.
