Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program/Project Manager to serve as the primary client liaison, drive program execution, and oversee budgets across assigned brands. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget, while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities span daily maintenance, weekly client touchpoints, monthly dashboard updates, and quarterly program reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–4 years of PM experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily: support program maintenance, monitor funding, track LOE, and manage tickets.
• Weekly: lead client meetings, manage action items, and produce weekly insights reports.
• Monthly: update dashboards, review budgets, and ensure accurate invoicing.
