Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, driving program execution, budget oversight, and business analysis across assigned brands. Qualifications

• PM serves as the primary client relationship manager and is accountable for program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly scheduled touchpoints with Client Account(s) and distribute meeting minutes.
• Manage client and internal stakeholder meetings to ensure project deliverables and actions progress.
• Oversee communications tickets and escalation tracking to ensure timely responses.
• Annual and quarterly responsibilities include BRD renewals, SOW management, and accruals.
