Job summary

Valeris, Inc. seeks a Market Access Program Manager to serve as the primary client contact for pharmaceutical programs. You’ll manage day-to-day program activity, supervise staff, and ensure contract terms are met within the HUB Services framework.

The role requires interacting with internal and external customers, contributing to strategic planning, and reporting on program performance. Travel may be required; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing or Patient Services.
• Experience managing a team of Case Managers or Patient Service Representatives.
• Experience reporting HUB metrics and trends to clients.
• Excellent PC skills with Microsoft Office and Internet.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• CRM software experience and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage program scope and budget within SOPs and contracts.
• Maintain the client relationship, building trust and rapport.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and supervise staff.
• Monitor program statistics and report metrics used to measure performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders for program operations.
• Prepare client reports and deliverables; present data to clients.
• Travel as required and participate in interviews/training activities.
• Assist with requirements identification and user acceptance testing.
