Job summary

Valeris is a fully integrated life sciences commercialization partner that provides comprehensive solutions across the healthcare value chain. The Program Manager will serve as the primary client contact for pharmaceutical program(s) and supervise staff, aligning work plans with contracts and driving performance metrics.

Reporting to the Market Access Program Director within Valeris’ HUB Services organization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing or Patient Services.
• Experience managing a team of Case Managers, Patient Service Representatives, or similar role.
• Experience reporting on HUB metrics and communicating trends to clients.
• Demonstrated successful leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage program(s) per scope of work and contracted budget.
• Maintain client relationships and build trust.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and staff supervision.
• Drive performance responsibilities across the team.
• Monitor program statistics and metrics and report results.
• Escalate issues jeopardizing contract delivery; prioritize schedules.
