Job summary

Valeris, Inc. seeks a Director of Client Services to lead a team of program managers delivering exemplary service to pharmaceutical manufacturer clients.

You will drive account strategy, mentor managers, and act as the primary escalation point for client issues while maintaining program outcomes and budgets. Qualified candidates bring 7+ years of leadership and program management experience, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 7+ years related professional experience, including leading Individual Contributors.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Financial management skills including invoicing, AR, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and train a team of program managers delivering exceptional customer service.
• Own the account strategy for assigned customers and ensure retention and growth.
• Serve as first escalation point for customer issues and internal conflicts.
• Review scoping requests, pricing, and SOWs for accuracy before delivery.
• Drive contract renewals and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Oversee program scope, budgets, and change orders; ensure amendments are executed.
• Collaborate with sales to expand current business and identify upsell opportunities.
