LexisNexis Reed Technologies within our Life Sciences Solutions group is seeking a Product Marketing & Enablement Manager to join our growing Life Sciences business, serving pharmaceutical and medical device organizations navigating regulatory complexity. This role blends product marketing with sales enablement and regulatory subject-matter expertise in a fast-moving, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B product marketing or sales enablement in Life Sciences/regulatory contexts.
Ability to translate complex regulatory/data offerings into clear value propositions.
Proven track record in developing product positioning, GTM plans, and enablement tools.
Strong writing/editing skills with ability to simplify technical concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead product marketing and GTM strategy for Life Sciences solutions, including messaging and value proposition development.
Develop personas, use cases, competitive positioning, and objection-handling frameworks.
Create and execute launch plans for new capabilities and product updates.
Maintain sales enablement assets: decks, briefs, FAQs, and battle cards.
Collaborate with Sales to address messaging and content gaps across the buyer journey.
Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve speed and quality of marketing and enablement efforts.
Ensure messaging consistency across campaigns and channels.
