• Senior product leadership with ownership for strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong Life Sciences enterprise software or regulated domain experience.
• Proven success modernizing fragmented products into scalable platform offerings.
• Ability to balance near-term business needs with long-term platform direction.
• Experience partnering with go-to-market teams on enterprise deals and growth.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence to align senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Life Sciences product portfolio strategy across regulatory intelligence, data, workflow, and submission capabilities.
• Translate long-range portfolio vision into a pragmatic, staged roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Define and prioritize high-value customer problems for regulatory change detection and compliant execution.
• Drive portfolio rationalization to create a unified platform experience.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data/AI, Services, Sales, and Customer Success to align execution.
• Establish portfolio investment priorities, planning rhythms, business cases, and KPI tracking.
