Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging AI integration into work processes or workflows.
• Track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation with C-level.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach and manage an exceptional sales team.
• Strong strategic and financial planning to meet and exceed quotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region.
• Build and drive sales strategy for the region and understand competitive landscape.
• Engage in territory planning, relationship and opportunity development; support Field Sales Teams.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Develop territories and quotas; set clear performance expectations.
• Forecast and pipeline management; report accurately to leadership.
• Meet annual sales goals; engage in C-level meetings to understand customer needs.
• Build relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners and executives.
• Retain and grow existing customer base with regular engagement and exceptional customer experience.
