Job summary

ServiceNow in the United States seeks a regional sales leader to build and manage a team of direct Sales Executives in Texas. You will shape territory plans, engage C-level stakeholders, and partner with Sales Operations to drive a high-growth GTM strategy that leverages AI-enabled workflows.

You will recruit and coach top performers, manage forecasts and pipelines, and ensure attainment of annual quotas while expanding the customer base and partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Prefer Texas location or surrounding areas.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or workflows.
• Track record in new business sales with presentation & negotiation at C‑level.
• Strong recruiting, coaching and management of sales teams.
• Strategic thinking with analytics to meet quotas and goals.
• Own CRM reports including current and future forecasts.
• Drive sales processes and collaborate with Sales Operations.
• Understand IT business drivers and bigger picture implications.

Responsibilities
