Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Senior Sales Leader to manage Moveworks Solution Sales Executives in the Enterprise Manufacturing vertical in New Jersey. You will shape the territory, recruit and coach a high-performing team, and partner with Sales Ops to execute a winning GTM strategy.

You will drive strategic planning, build executive-level relationships, and ensure the team meets aggressive revenue targets while collaborating across Sales, Consulting, and Professional Services to close complex deals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of enterprise solutions sales teams.
• Strong track record closing complex deals.
• Strategic territory planning and execution.
• Forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment.
• Ability to engage C-level executives and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Moveworks Solution Sales Executives.
• Drive territory sales strategy and GTM with Sales Ops.
• Territory planning, relationship and opportunity development.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members.
• Forecast and pipeline reporting; achieve quarterly & annual quotas.
• Engage in C-level meetings as Subject Matter Expert.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Sales Specialists, and cross-functional teams.
