Job summary

Capgemini’s Insights & Data (I&D) practice seeks a Go-to-Market Leader for Life Sciences focused on Data & AI offerings. You will shape the growth agenda, build the pipeline, and act as the primary sales-facing partner between Capgemini's Data & AI capabilities and Life Sciences clients (pharma, biotech, medtech).

This hybrid strategy-and-sales leadership role combines market-facing pursuit with offer strategy and ecosystem collaboration, including cloud hyperscalers and data vendors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, technology sales, or GTM leadership roles focused on Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech / MedTech.
• Proven track record of building pipeline and closing large Data & AI engagements (typically $1M+) within Life Sciences.
• Solid understanding of modern data and AI technology stacks and regulatory contexts (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization and presenting to C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the Life Sciences Data & AI go-to-market strategy, sub-segments, and priority use cases.
• Translate trends into differentiated offers and points of view for Life Sciences clients.
• Own pipeline qualification, pursuit strategy, deal shaping, and closing with account teams.
