Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Life Sciences Data & AI Go-to-Market Leader to drive growth across Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, MedTech, and Healthcare sectors. You will shape offerings, manage complex pursuits, and build executive client relationships to accelerate revenue and market expansion.

Lead a GTM team, collaborate with partner ecosystems, and mentor client-facing teams on Life Sciences Data & AI trends. Minimum 15 years in related fields; Bachelor’s required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

15+ years in consulting, tech sales, or GTM leadership.
Experience in Life Sciences: Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, or Healthcare.
Proven pipeline and multi-million dollar deals.

Responsibilities

Define and execute growth strategy across R&D, Clinical, Commercial, and Supply Chain.
Lead strategic pursuits, RFP/RFI responses, and executive client workshops.
Develop industry offerings and manage alliances with cloud providers.
