Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant to advance analytics and business insights for Life Sciences, focusing on Sales & Marketing. You will build client relationships, lead workstreams, and contribute to practice growth through sales, training, and team engagement.

This role requires 5–10 years in a consulting firm, experience with datasets like IQVIA, proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau. You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience at a consulting firm, with analytics and business insights in Life Sciences (Sales & Marketing).
• Experience with industry data sets such as IQVIA, Symphony, etc.
• Familiarity with programming languages (SQL, Python, R, Scala) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI for client transformations.
• Undergraduate or Masters degree; legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Core consulting skills: workshop design, deck writing, storytelling, interviewing, and data analysis.
• Experience leading workstreams and small teams; strong analytical problem-solving.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); leadership and executive interaction.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead on project delivery and client leadership discussions.
• Synthesize data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and present AI/data-driven strategies for CRM and analytics.
• Manage workstreams and small teams, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Support sales activities, RFI/RFP responses, and practice growth.
• Contribute to thought leadership in AI/Data Science and Analytics offerings.
