Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Sr. Consultant to advance analytics and business insights for Life Sciences, especially in Sales & Marketing.

You will build client relationships, lead workstreams, and contribute to practice growth through sales, recruitment, training, and team engagement. You will support analytics-driven transformation with AI/Data Science capabilities and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver end-to-end projects, including AI-powered CRM strategies and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• 5-10 years at a consulting firm in analytics and business insights for Life Sciences, focusing on Sales & Marketing.
• Experience with industry datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, Scala and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI for client transformation initiatives.
• Undergraduate or Masters degree; eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and participate in leading workstreams.
