Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Go-to-Market Leader for Life Sciences within the Insights & Data practice. You will own the growth agenda for Life Sciences, shaping offers, building pipelines, and leading pursuits as the primary sales-facing partner between Capgemini's Data & AI capabilities and Life Sciences clients.

The role blends strategy and sales leadership, partnering with CoE teams and delivery to localize assets, drive pipeline health, and report on bookings against targets.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in consulting, technology sales, or GTM leadership in Life Sciences.
Proven track record building pipeline and closing large Data & AI engagements ($1M+).
Fluency with Life Sciences data domains and regulatory context (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA).
Strong understanding of modern data and AI tech stacks (cloud, MLOps, GenAI).

Responsibilities

Define and refine Life Sciences Data & AI GTM strategy and target segments.
Own pipeline qualification, pursuit strategy, deal shaping and closing.
Lead or co-lead RFPs/RFIs, client workshops, and compelling proposals.
