Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Sr. Consultant to drive analytics and business insights engagements in Life Sciences, focusing on Sales & Marketing. You will lead workstreams, build client relationships, and contribute to practice growth through analytics-led transformations.

You will work on AI/Data Science offerings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present insights to executives using Power BI, Tableau, and other tools. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience at a consulting firm with analytics and business insights in Life Sciences (Sales & Marketing focus).
• Experience with industry data sets (clinical, claims, specialty channels such as IQVIA)
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Scala and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI for client transformation initiatives
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree; unrestricted US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Simplify complex situations and data to create actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Set vision, goals, and strategies with teams and clients.
• Synthesize data into clear deliverables for clients.
• Lead transformation projects and manage workstreams.
• Present insights using PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Collaborate with mixed teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
