Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior data architecture leader to design and implement data products for Life Sciences. You will leverage AI and advanced tools to deliver MVPs that address critical business challenges in Commercial Sales & Marketing.

As a strategic partner, you will manage key client relationships and guide a large, multi-site delivery team to success. The role requires 10–15 years of experience in Life Sciences data, MBA or equivalent, and deep knowledge of Pharma data sources and RWD

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant experience required.
• Strong Life Sciences domain background in Commercial Sales & Marketing.
• Proven expertise in Data Products and Data Analytics.
• Fluency with Pharma Data Sources (IQVIA Xponent, Plantrak, LAAD, PE).
• Experience with Execution data (Veeva CRM) and Real-World Data sources (TriNetX, Flatiron, Optum, Komodo).
• Knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy data and Payer Formulary data (MMIT).
• Experience across Oncology, Vaccines, Infectious Diseases, Cardiometabolic & Respiratory Diseases, Immunology, Neuroscience, Ophthalmology.
• MBA or equivalent work experience as education.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of data architecture and data products for Life Sciences.
• Leverage AI and engineering tools to build MVPs addressing business problems.
• Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders in Life Sciences Commercial Sales & Marketing.
• Manage and expand client relationships to grow the account.
• Oversee delivery for a large team spanning onsite and offshore resources.
