The role is hybrid, requiring three days in a Cognizant or client office in Bridgewater, NJ, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and clear communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading CRM transformation programs in life sciences.
- Hands-on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud experience and migration from legacy CRM systems.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops with business users and product owners.
- Translate business processes into future-state workflows and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process and functional analysis for CRM transformation projects.
- Drive current-state assessments and workshops across Sales, Medical, and Key Account Management.
- Define future-state workflows and functional requirements.
- Coordinate with product owners and technical teams to validate designs.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs across all Life Sciences functions.
