Job summary

Conexus Solutions, Inc. is building a dedicated practice to help life sciences companies design, implement, and scale customer engagement on the Salesforce platform.

You will serve as the Business Analyst / Solutions Consultant, owning requirements, leading workshops, documenting current and future processes, obtaining sign-off, configuring the Salesforce org, writing and executing tests, running UAT, training users, and supporting go-live.

Qualifications

• Salesforce platform experience with 4+ years in a BA/functional role.
• Life sciences industry experience of 3+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device.
• Ability to elicit requirements and write actionable user stories.
• Experience owning functional testing and UAT coordination.
• Consulting or client-facing delivery across multiple projects.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery and stakeholder workshops.
• Document current and future business processes on Salesforce; secure sign-off.
• Configure the org, write and execute test scripts; run UAT; train users.
• Support go-live and post-implementation adoption.
• Be the primary day-to-day liaison for client stakeholders; own business process design.
