Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager for Life Sciences CRM Transformation to lead business process and functional analysis for Connext CRM migration to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. You will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Medical, and Key Account Management.

The role emphasizes current-state assessments, workshops, and translating processes into future-state workflows, aligning designs with business needs. Hybrid work, Bridgewater NJ, with client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business process and functional analysis for CRM transformation programs in life sciences.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and migration from legacy CRM platforms such as iConnect.
• Strong ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and conduct current-state assessments.
• Skill in translating commercial and medical business processes into future-state workflows, functional requirements, and user stories.
• Experience collaborating with business process owners, product owners, and technical teams across Sales, Medical, and Key Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business process and functional lead for the Connext CRM transformation.
• Lead current-state assessments and facilitate business stakeholder workshops across Sales, Medical, and Key Account Management.
• Translate commercial and medical business processes into future-state workflows and user stories.
• Collaborate with process owners, product owners, and technical teams to identify gaps and validate solution designs.
