Job summary

Cognizant seeks a Partner in Life Sciences Consulting to lead client engagements, drive growth, and shape Cognizant's Life Sciences practice. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Key responsibilities include building trusted relationships, developing talent, and guiding strategy with a focus on AI-enabled innovation and sustainable client value in a hybrid work setting in Bridgewater, NJ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience in Consulting across a sell-and-deliver model, including lead and opportunity identification, pre-sales and post-sales support, marketing, and client relationship management.
• Deep expertise in Life Sciences and/or Medical Devices gained in a consulting setting or pharma/medical devices industry.
• Extensive management consulting leadership as a practice leader or solution developer with proven targets, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Ability to lead with strategic vision, client-centric thinking, innovation, and inclusive leadership.
• Proven track record of building trust and fostering an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and drive business growth within Cognizant's Life Sciences Consulting practice.
• Own and develop a book of business, manage accounts, and target profitable growth.
• Establish trusted-advisor relationships with cross-functional client executives and guide expansion.
• Build and mentor consulting teams, collaborate with recruitment, and advance thought leadership.
• Demonstrate Cognizant Way to Lead through strategic agility, client value creation, and human-AI collaboration.
