Sierra Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive CRM and commercial technology initiatives for life sciences clients. You will lead end-to-end CRM and business applications projects, align them with regulatory and business goals, and guide cross-functional teams.

You’ll manage project plans, budgets, governance, and vendor relationships, with emphasis on platforms like Veeva and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. Strong communication with executives is essential.

Formación

• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in CRM or business applications within life sciences.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology projects in pharma, biotech, or medical devices.
• Strong understanding of commercial operations, sales force effectiveness, and regulatory compliance in life sciences.
• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end CRM and business applications projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks.
• Guide cross-functional project teams, including business stakeholders, technical resources, and external partners.
• Oversee CRM platform implementations, upgrades, and optimizations (Salesforce, Veeva).
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, and IT to align deliverables with business objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations including GxP, FDA, and HIPAA.
• Lead change management and user adoption initiatives to ensure successful CRM program integration.
