Job summary

Coastal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a key enterprise client in the life sciences space. You will partner with senior leaders across complex, cross‑functional workstreams, champion standardized PM practices, and drive risk management, data and reporting workstreams, CRM migrations, and vendor transitions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a senior leader or leadership team across multiple concurrent workstreams while managing competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Experience leading data and reporting workstreams, including backlog reporting across Therapeutic Areas.
• Experience managing CRM migrations and system transitions within Life Sciences Cloud or similar CRM.
• Experience navigating vendor transitions, including scope, timeline, and risk management.
• Hands-on experience with Life Sciences Cloud CRM or equivalent CRM platforms used in migration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis 3 days per week
