Job summary

Sierra Solutions seeks a seasoned professional to lead and grow a consulting and delivery practice focused on business applications for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare organizations. You will establish strategy, develop offerings, drive business development, oversee program delivery, and build high-performing teams across operations.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, ensuring successful client outcomes and ongoing practice growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 12 years of experience within life sciences consulting, technology services, or pharmaceutical/biotech organizations.
• 7 years leading business applications, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• 5 years managing consulting teams and client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Patient Services, Regulatory Affairs, Quality & Compliance, Pharmacovigilance, or Supply Chain & Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the practice.
• Build and expand service offerings aligned to industry needs and emerging technologies.
• Develop annual business plans, growth strategies, and practice objectives.
• Serve as a senior advisor and thought leader for life sciences clients.
• Oversee successful delivery of business application programs and managed services engagements.
• Build and manage a team of consultants, architects, business analysts, project managers, and solution specialists.
• Provide expertise across key life sciences platforms including CRM, Clinical & Regulatory, Patient Services, Quality & Compliance, and Data & Analytics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Master's degree (preferred)
